To lead the team of Trainee scientists, providing necessary training and monitoring of day to day sample analysis.
Handling of high end instruments like LC-MS/MS, LC-MS-TOF, GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, GC, HPLC & UPLC .
Trace analysis of residues of pesticides, antibiotics, industrial pollutants, mycotoxins, dyes, naturally occurring toxins (NOTs), other contaminants in different matrices.
Analysis SVOC’s VOC’s and other environment pollutants in water, waste water and environmental samples as per USEPA.
Analysis of Fatty acid profile, Vitamins, amino acid profile.
Meeting the quality requirements of ISO: 17025, GLP /NABL/ Enterprise/Corporate policies/guidelines and applicable Regulatory Guide lines.
Exposure in sample preparatory techniques like liquid –liquid extractions, solid phase extractions, Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) etc.
Designing the protocol, development and validation of analytical methods & preparation of SOP’s,
Validation/Qualification, maintenance, upkeep & related documentation for lab equipments and maintenance of reference standards and calibration of glass wares.
Setting the specification for the instruments, assistance in procurement and set of laboratory.
Conducting necessary quality checks for the authenticity of analysis.
Training of new staff and review the productivity
All time compliance to the safety requirements.
All times compliance with policy for integrity and professional conduct
Conducting the risk assessment for developing and preparing the safety protocols
All time readiness for Corporate/Regulatory Compliance and safety audits.
*Desired profile of the candidate Educational requirement: Ph.D./ M. Sc. ( any discipline of chemistry) or equivalent.
Experience of working in ISO 17025 and GLP environment on food, water and/ or Environmental samples
Exposure for handling the external audits from national and international bodies
Exposure of working on LIMS.
Strong data analytical skills
Must be well versed with current industry trends and regulatory requirements
Ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
